Is there a harness adapter for '08 NAV head unit

I've read through the threads her and other places and all talk about a 14+16 pin harness plug. My 2008 has a NAV head unit which was probably fine in 2008, but is missing a lot in 2022. I want to put a modern head unit in it and the 2104 harness that others have used with the normal head unit is for a 14+16 pin and not for the 16+16 adapter I need. Is there one available? I found one thread about a guy putting a new head unit in place of the NAV unit and he cut the connectors off. I'd prefer not to do this... The picture of the back of the unit looks like this:

According to the email I got from them, this should work for a complete with steering controls install in a 9-5 with NAV.
