I found this tube near the battery
Hi guys, I have a 2004 saab 9-5 and I found this tube near my accumulator not being plugged to anything on both sides (as I understood). What can it be? May be it was unplugged at some time?
One guy told me that near the battery it can be vent tube for battery.
What do you think?
Thanks!

Doesn't look like a vent tube for the battery, more like part of the engine vacuum system.

That is part of the brake vacuum pipe. I'm assuming it was replaced recently. If not it needs to be.
