Thumbs Up: 0 What transmission fluid to use
Gonna drain my transmission on my 96 Saab 900 se turbo. The Haynes manual says motor oil and I can't find anything that says otherwise.
So, really? Just regular motor oil?
I will keep looking but if anybody knows for sure, that would be great.

Thumbs Up: 134 The type of transmission fluid should be listed in the owners manual. I found this online and transmission fluid type can be found on page 139.
