I recently started driving a 2011 Saab 9-4X, and I've noticed a few warning lights appearing on the dashboard. Some of these lights are straightforward, but others are a bit confusing. I'm hoping to get some advice on what these warning lights mean and how I can fix the issues myself if possible.

For example, the Check Engine light has come on a couple of times. I've checked the gas cap, but it seems to be on tight. Is there anything else I should be looking at? Also, the ABS warning light appeared once and then disappeared. Should I be concerned about this?

I'm fairly handy with tools and would like to try fixing these issues myself before taking the car to a mechanic. Any advice on diagnosing and resolving these warning light issues would be greatly appreciated!
