2.0l pistons in 2.3l engine
I am looking for a 2.3L piston from 2000-2010 B235 engine. (broke around the piston skirt.)
Having a terrible time finding 2.3l pistons which it seems like they should be pretty plentiful?
Anyway, there are a lot of 2.0L pistons to be had.
While looking had the thought of putting 2.0L pistons in the 2.3L engine (not that I am going to do it). With the smaller cutout in the 2.0L piston it would drive up the compression ratio. Not sure to what, haven't done the math. Has anyone done this and what are the results?
P.S. If anyone has 2.3L pistons laying around, I am very interested.
