A local legend. Keith has been working on SAABs, old and new, for 30+ years. I have no doubt he could do a C900 head gasket blindfolded in one hour. Indispensable for parts, especially hard-to-find non-OEM parts. And although I do pretty much everything on mine it's nice to know he's there.

I've gone here 4 time since buying my '06 Saab 9-5 (March, 2012) and they've been nothing but helpful as well as charging significantly less for repairs/service. They bring in cars to part out so they are a decent source of random parts. I got a side marker indicator housing, lamp, and clip for $5 when all of that together is about ~$35, I believe, as well as being pretty difficult to find. They offered me a throttle for $120 in case mine craps out again. I've been having throttle body sensor issues. Did the normal recalibrate ECU, reset limp home, and eventually just cleaned it out. It has been going fine since then...

I've been to Nordic Motor Werks in Louisville, Kentucky, mentioned twice above. Leo is the owner and also works on cars. It's the best place that I've been.

I've also been to Scanwest Autosport in Seattle (also mentioned earlier) as well as Saab of Bellevue, a dealer.

I asked someone with a original generation 9000 that was pumping gas next to me and he is satisfied with the costs and quality of service at EuroCar Service, 5821 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105 (206) 527-8828. Around Seattle, there's also Moe's Automotive (mostly Saab), Troll Motors (Saab), Swedish Motors (Volvo/Saab), Europa Imported Service in Bellevue (European cars), but I haven't gone to any of these places.

FYI - if anyone is ever in South Eastern PA and needs Saab help - do not hesitate to message me. I am always happy to help out. I can wrench for a fraction of the dealers. I am however limited to what I can do on my own since my home garage is not a usable one. I can do ALOT in my driveway however. It's all done right too.
