Welcome to the world of Saab !

Well, I tried three times to add 17 photos to my 1990 SPG, in the Garage. So far, not a photo has made it. I entered them at the lower part of the page - appears to take 5 at a time. But never found an "UPLOAD" link or anything similar. I see "Add Saab", but that was no good, either. Read some in FAQs, now I give up. Vern

It looks like you figured it out. Pretty SAAB! It looks just like the one in the SAABWorld header, even!

The Garage section on SaabWorld has been a great way to learn more about the Saabs of our members. While the Garage has many advanced features, it may be too complicated for some and sharing with and contributing by other members hasn’t been all that intuitive.
Going forward, we are going to discontinue the Garage in its present form. There are now new Garage subforums for each model in their Workshop sections. This is going to be the new place to talk about your Saab, share images, document projects / modifications and discuss with / get help from other members.
Another reason to move away from the current Garage is because it is not supported anymore by its developer. It will limit our options when it is time for a forum software upgrade and may cause security issues for the rest of the site.
The current Garage will be available for another few weeks. This will give everyone the opportunity to save any information and pictures of their Saabs if they want to do so. And hopefully you will create new threads in the new Garage subforums and share with others
If you already have a project or other thread of your Saab in the forums, please send me the link and I will add it to the Garage subforum for your model.

I really hope the archives will be retrievable
I have found an invaluable source of help in reference to repairing my 03 Areo. I really hope this information is archived or transposed to the new sub forums.
I am sure this will take a lot of time, this is where copy and paste comes in handy.
I am really looking forward to the new system, because it will happen wether or not it has my blessing.
GO WUFF!!!

I will be moving some entries from the Garage to the new subforums. Mostly the vintage models and entries with a detailed description of the cars with pictures and modifications. As there are currently 1000 entries, it is impossible to do them all manually.

I'm not a fan, this is just a forum like any other. There's no reason to actually be there. The old garage gave a great overview of mods and costs. I already have a story on a forum, but used the garage to keep track of all mods and costs like I said above as being the advantage. Without that functionality and even the removal of my garage (in which I've put a lot of effort and time), I will leave this site.
It's a sad decision. This site loses it's edge, now it's just another forum, like the other gazillion SAAB forums already out there

There are a small number of members like you who took the effort and time to document their Saabs and mods in the Garage. And some of those Garage entries are very impressive. I just want to make sure the site will be able to upgrade to new software and trends in web use and design. And sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward.
I always had the intention to offer the best user experience and forum software on SaabWorld. Phasing out the old Garage is a temporary step back but allows for new possibilities in the future. I may be biased but I think SaabWorld is still ahead of other Saab forums that use free forum phpBB or other open source software, very outdated vBulletin software like SaabCentral or stuck in the last century like Saabnet.
I moved your Saab 900 Garage entry with screen prints here: http://saabworld.net/showthread.php?t=32129. Not the same as the Garage but hopefully it will become just as popular as your thread on saabforum.nl and share with our international Saab community here on SaabWorld.
