If the 9-4x you managed to get in Russia is the same as the one sold in the US, then the 9-4x does have ISOFIX (also known as LATCH in the United States, but slightly different in design, but similar in desired outcome). I do not believe there are official Saab baby seats, I could be wrong.

I don't know what that means but I have had 2 baby seats in the 9-4x with proper USA standards Mounts and they work fine (My Nieces)
