Ally Financial released information obtained by Saabworld today. An edited version is as follows:
78 new 2011 Saabs will be sold via SmartAuction on August 30th. Vehicles sold with Michigan resale titles.
The sale is open to U.S. Saab dealerships registered with SmartAuction and standard auction sales fees will apply. The auction starts 9:00 am Thursday, August 30th and ends the same afternoon at 2:30 pm Eastern time.
The only 9-3 with manual transmission in Port Hueneme that is being offered in this auction. Curiously, it already has a dealer front license plate frame but has only 17 miles on the odometer.
The last auction was described at this link. SaabWorld - Ally Financial plans third auction of new Saab stuck at the port next week The minimum bid is half of the retail price (MSRP) plus auction fees of approximately $300 and dealer arranged and funded shipping.
Based on the number of cars previously auctioned and the previously announced plan to auction 300 cars in the U.S., this may be the second to last batch to be auctioned.
UPDATE: The cars available in this auction are as follows:

Two 9-5 cars at Port Hueneme have over 200 miles but all other cars have few miles.
It seems that 4 9-3 cars with center rear headrests are being offered. One similarly equipped car was offered in a previous auction. Although common in several countries, this is rarely found in Saab 9-3 cars made for the United States and was not offered as an option according to the Saab Cars North America website (now redirected to the Saab parts corporate website).
